OZ Audio HM-6 Headphone Matrix and Amplifier
This little guy is a 6 channel headphone mixer matrix. Each headphone output gets a "main mix", but has an additional 4 ch matrix which allows you to add individual instruments to each individual mix to keep band mates from complaining that they can't hear enough of themselves.
