The 22’ x 10’ live room has tall angled ceilings with a peak height of 18’ and a custom wood floor built out of 17 large doors.
Despite it’s small dimensions, the sound of the room is naturally “big” and diffuse, and sounds great for recording drums, piano, vocals and other instruments which may benefit from natural ambience. A thick velour curtain may be drawn to cut down on the room’s ambience.
The live room is equipped with a 16 x 8 snake with 16 female xlr connections and 8 balanced/stereo 1/4" connections. The wall mounted speakers can be used for talkback, playback and for use as an echo-chamber. Also in the room is a Baldwin Hamilton upright piano.
