The daily rate with an engineer includes full access to the studio, all equipment and instruments, and a studio engineer of your choice for up to 10 hours. If you're booking a session with Mike Bridavsky, the rate also includes the option of an assistant engineer during your session.

The daily rate for the studio rental (without engineer) includes full access to the studio, all equipment and instruments as needed from 8 am until midnight. An assistant engineer is included for your first day as needed.

Remote mixing sessions and sessions requiring 10 or more days are eligible for a discounted project rate.

Studio Rental

For full-band tracking sessions, we recommend booking the evening before your first day (if available) for load-in, setup, mic placement, getting sounds, and dialing in headphone mixes. Load-in typically happens between 6 and 9 PM, and the setup process typically takes four hours. Getting everything in place the night before lets you start your first tracking day fresh and focused, without burning hours on setup.

Mike Bridavsky is the studio’s mastering engineer.

  • $20/minute of audio (unattended)
  • $30/minute of audio (attended)
  • $5/minute of audio for Instrumental Masters (if paired with album master)
  • $90 fee for separate Vinyl master
  • $50 for DDP
  • $35 for separate Cassette master

Piano Tuning

  • Piano is regularly tuned and maintained twice a year
  • If you'd like an additional piano tuning specifically for your session there is a $150 charge. Please let us know at least 2 weeks before your session.
