The control room at Russian Recording is centered around a fully restored and customized 1972 Sphere Eclipse Type III recording console, paired with a wide array of outboard gear and a mastering-grade Telegrapher monitoring system. 

The room is optimized for accurate critical listening at both the mix position and the client couch, making it an ideal space for mixing, mastering, and creative decision-making.

The control room supports both analog and digital recording workflows with a 2" Otari MX80 tape deck (24-track and 16-track head blocks available) and two Burl Audio Mothership A/D/A converters with 28 inputs and 52 outputs. A DL patch panel allows seamless switching between or to and from analog and digital paths.
