Nearly all of our mixing is done through our 1972 Sphere Eclipse Type III analog console. Tonal and dynamic shaping is handled out-of-the-box using the console’s beautiful-sounding 900 Series Equalizers, along with our extensive collection of outboard analog compressors, EQs, and effects processors. We typically work in a hybrid setup that combines the depth and dimensionality of analog gear with the automation, efficiency, and recallability of the digital workflow, but are also capable of facilitating fully analog tape sessions, or mixing digitally in-the-box for maximum efficiency and quick revisions.
In addition to mixing projects recorded here at the studio, we’re frequently hired to mix tracks recorded elsewhere—whether in other studios or at home. These mixes can be done remotely or in-person as attended sessions.
